Hello everyone. We are having a terrific downsizing sale of an executive home this coming weekend in Forest Hill.

The sale will take place starting this Friday July 5 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Saturday the  6th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday the 7th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. The sale will take place at: 3 Ridgewood Rd. Just south of Burton, south of Eglinton, north of St. Clair on the east side of Bathurst. As usual look for the red and yellow signs.

Please do not call for PRICING.

Please bring your own bags, wrapping paper and boxes, there will be not of that provided to you.

The sale will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. All items are sold as is where is. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale with large bags or knapsacks. You will be asked to remove your shoes,so please come prepared. Do not enter the sale with food,drinks or pets. Please obey all local parking rules and above all else Do Not Block Driveways. Please take all your butts and refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.
