We are announcing a wonderful classy sale of a very nice home in the heart of Rosedale starting on Saturday July 20th, 9:00 to 4:00 pm, Sunday July 21st 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and more than likely Monday July 22nd from 10-3:00 pm. The sale is to be held at: 27 St. Andrews Gardens. Follow the red and yellow signs.
Please bring your own bags, boxes and wrapping paper, none of these items will be provided for you.
The sale will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. All items are sold in “As Is” where is condition. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges,no exceptions. Please do not enter the house carrying any large bags or backpacks. Please do not enter the house with food, drinks or pets. You will be asked to remove your shoes,so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules and do not block driveways. Please take all your refuse and cigarette butts with you. Thank you for your consideration.
