Hello everyone, we are getting ready to host our biggest downsizing sale of the year of an executive home in the York Mills and Bayview area. Follow the red and yellow signs. The house is filled with great quality items and there are so many items that we are holding the sale over four days and possibly extending to another weekend during the coming weeks.

Address: 33 Harrison Road, Toronto, On, M2L 1V6.

The sale dates and times are: Friday from 12 noon until 7:00 pm, Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Monday from 1:30 - 5:00 pm. The garage portion of the sale will begin Friday at 11:30.

The address for the sale will be published on Friday morning after 8:00 am. Before Friday we will be offering a large amount of items for sale by calling Perry at 416-617-1500. At this point in time purchases can only be made by etransfer. All the items listed have a price attached so please call if you are interested in any of the items. Not all items in the house are listed or priced at this point. Please do not call for prices for items not tagged, I.E they do not have a “Lot number ID”.

All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis in “AS IS WHERE IS CONDITION”. There will be no refunds, returns, exchanges, no exceptions. Please don’t enter the sale carrying any large bags or knapsacks. You will be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please don’t bring in any food or drinks. Please obey all local parking rules and respect the owners and their neighbours properties. Please take all your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.
