All items are sold on a first come first served basis. All items are sold in “as in” condition. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges. Please do not enter into the sale with large bags, knapsacks, any food and any drinks.
You will be asked to remove your shoes so be prepared. Please obey all local parking rules and respect the private property of the owner and all of their neighbours. Take your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.
