Situation:

A couple decided to downsize from their beautiful Forest Hill home to a town home and were in need of a contents sale so as to liquidate their family home of 25 years.

Solution:

Sorrel Contents Solutions was hired to conduct a contents sale out of the home. It was imperative that the house remained in absolutely pristine condition prior to closing.

Result:

There were a large volume of high quality furniture designed by Brian Gluckstein as well as a number of gallery painting’s to be sold. The sale was a smash hit the first day; selling the majority of the items the first Saturday of the sale! All remaining items were sold on Sunday and by Sunday evening the house was cleared out. The items sold included but were not limited too: two living room sets, three bedroom sets, small appliances, kitchen items, electronics, designer clothing, custom armoires and cabinets, and more.
