Situation:

The family was downsizing from a 4500 sq. ft. home to a smaller condo in downtown Toronto; they decided to sell all of their contents in order to start fresh in a new place.

Solution:

The client was fabulous, when we came in they had everything they wanted to sell out in the open, they actually made our job much easier! Sorrel Contents got the house organized, appraised and priced every item in the house making it clean and easy to host a sale.

Result:

There were a large volume of items overall and although after a great first weekend, Sorrel Contents and the owner decided to extend the sale for a single day on the following weekend. The one-day only Saturday sale was great on the second weekend, all the remaining bits-and-bobs were sold! Finally Sorrel Contents cleaned up the house leaving it spotless for the new owners.
