Situation:

A lovely elderly couple needed to downsize the contents of their home in order to move into a retirement facility. They were having a difficult time making decisions regarding their home as they had no kin and needed to downsize and dispose of their own items.

Solution:

Sorrel Contents Solutions was commissioned to pack and sort their items then move them to a retirement home after which prepare the house for a contents sale in order to sell their remaining items. We also removed all the trash including 2000 kg of old wood, scraps of metal, old appliances, and miscellaneous household garbage.

Result:

A contents sale was held at the home and was a great success. Sorrel Contents Solutions’ sold all the items including, bedroom, dining room, living room and patio furniture, other accent furniture, tools, pictures, paintings, other collectibles, crystal, china, kitchen ware, glassware and books.
