Hello everyone. We are at it again this weekend with a two family indoor/outdoor downsizing sale of an executive home. 

Starting this Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00pm at 62 Laureleaf Road in Markham, Bayview and Steele’s area. Follow the red and yellow signs.

Items included in the sale are, but not limited to:

• Furniture including, leather sofas, a selection of original Jacobean furniture including, a cupboard, hutch and storage chest all solid carved oak and being at over 300 years old. A Quebec 18th century pine cupboard.

• Different accent furniture, including: side tables, chairs and other decorative pieces.

• A selection of artwork, china, crystal, silver plate and decorative items.

• Ladies clothing, shoes, bags and accessories.

• Chinese porcelain pieces, including: ginger jars, vases, foo dogs, cloisonné brush pot and other vases.

• Area carpets.

• Sporting goods.

• A Sub Zero wine cooler combination fridge.

• An elliptical machine.

• A terrarium.

• Lots of kids toys.

• Towels and bedding.

• Glassware, tableware, kitchenware and household items.

• Appliances: washer, dryer, and upright freezer.

• Garage and garden items, including patio furniture, garden urns and an outdoor heater.

• The garage is packed with all types of household items.

Note: Everything will be sold on a first come first serve basis. There will be no refunds,returns or exchanges,no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale with any large bags or knapsacks. You will be asked to REMOVE your shoes, so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules and respect the private property of the owners and their neighbours.
