Hello everyone we are at again this weekend. We are holding a multi family demolition/estate sale in Forest Hill.

The sale will begin this Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 to 4:00 pm and will be extended into Monday due to volume of items. The sale is to be held at 106 Richview Ave. Forest Hill. South of Eglinton Ave. running parallel to Bathurst St. north of Burton. Follow the red and yellow signs. 

Items included in the sale but not limited to are:

• Basically MOST things attached to the house will be for sale, including: appliances, toilets, sinks, taps, doors, door handles, curtains, light fixtures, complete kitchen cupboards, broadloom and just about anything you can remove.

• Individual items included for sale are:a massive selection of various artwork, area carpets, living room, dining room, bedroom furniture and office furniture.

• All kinds of accent furniture.

• Mirrors, lamps, antiques, bronzes and figures.

• Treadmill and exercise bike.

• Glassware, tableware, kitchen ware, small appliances and household items.

• Washer, dryer, stove, microwave with a fan and upright freezer.

• Garage and garden items.

NOTE: The sale will be conducted on a first come first serve basis. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges no exceptions. ALL SALES FINAL. Please do not enter the sale with large bags or knapsacks. Please obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways and respect the private property of the owner and their neighbours. 

• Masks are mandatory. No mask no entry. Please take all your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.
