This weekend starting on Saturday November 25th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday November 26th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, we are having a downsizing sale of an executive home in the Annex, located at: 77 Bernard Avenue, Toronto, ON, M5R 2M2.

Nearest intersection: Bedford and Davenport. Look for the red a yellow signs.

Terms of Sale: All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis. There will be no refunds, returns, exchanges no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale carrying and large bags or backpacks. Please do not enter the sale with any drinks or food. You will be asked to remove your shoes, come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules and don’t block neighbouring driveways. Please take all your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.
