Hello everyone. This coming weekend we are announcing a downsizing sale of an executive home. The sale is to be conducted at: 367 Glengrove Ave. (south of Lawrence Ave on the west side of Avenue Road). The sale will begin Saturday October 26 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday October 27 from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm; it might stretch into Monday October 28 from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
As usual follow the red and yellow signs. Please provide your own bags, boxes, wrapping paper, and your own labour and transportation to move large items.
All items will be sold in “as is” condition. Please do not enter the sale carrying any large bags or knapsacks. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions! Please do not enter the sale with any food, drinks or pets. You will be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules, do not block driveways and respect the property of the owners and all their neighbors. Please take all of your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.
