Hello everyone. We are having another fantastic downsizing sale of an executive home this coming Saturday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and due to the volume of items we will be going into Monday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. The garage portion of the sale on Saturday will start at 8:30am and it’s packed. The sale is to be held at 7 Marwood Rd. Bathurst north of Eglinton. Follow the red and yellow signs.

All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. Please do not enter the sale carrying and knapsacks or large bags. Please do not enter the home with any food or drinks or pets. You will be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all local parking rules and do not block driveways. Please take all your refuse with you. Thank you for your consideration.

Anything furniture related can be purchased before the sale starts on Saturday by calling Perry at: 416-617-1500 and we can make arrangements to pick your item/items up. Please don’t call for pricing on any other items besides furniture.
