Our affiliate Le Grotte Estate Sales is hosting a lovely sale of a classic home in the heart of Forest Hill.

The sale will take place this weekend, Saturday September 10th, 9 am - 4 pm, and Sunday September 11th, 10 am - 4 pm.

Large furniture items are available for purchase prior to the weekend in their E-shop (Forest Hill Moving Sale). All other items including: clothing, jewellery, electronics, household and decor will be available for in person shopping this Saturday and Sunday!

Sale Terms: Cash and e-transfer are accepted forms of payment. All items are sold on a “first come first serve” an “As Is”. You will be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Thank you!

Items for sale include but are not limited to:

• Women’s clothing: evening wear, business casual, and dressy. Clothing includes: dresses, blazers, sweaters, women’s shoes, and purses with some accessories. There will be “brand name” items as well as some “designer” items.

• Costume and silver jewellery: necklaces, earrings, bracelets.

• Electronics & media: records, cd’s, receivers, speakers and one turntable.

• Home decor: high quality glassware (from Petroff Gallery), miscellaneous signed crystal, bone china (dish sets, tea cups, etc) and other porcelain and ceramic items.

• Custom furniture:

  • fabric sectional

  • 4 micro-suede arm chairs

  • dining chairs (2 arm chairs and 6 regular chairs with oval back)

  • pair of granite night tables

  • custom king headboard

  • Iron age glass top table (metal base with glass top), 6 chairs and 2 matching bar stools (metal frame with white leather seating in excellent shape).
