A massive estate sale to be held over two weekends due to volume of items. Starting this Saturday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. Follow the red and yellow signs.

When: Saturday February 29, 8 am - 4 pm, and Sunday March 1, 10 am - 4 pm

All items will be sold on a first come first serve basis. There will be no refunds, returns or exchanges, no exceptions. You break it you buy it. Please do not enter the sale carrying any bags or backpacks. You will be asked to remove your shoes so please come prepared. Please obey all parking rules and TRY AND PARK ON ONE SIDE OF THE STREET ONLY AS IT IS A BUS ROUTE. Please respect the private property of the owners and their neighbours. A massive amount of silver plate items, some sterling silver, 800 hundred silver flatware and serving pieces,bronzes, stunning chandelier and collectibles. Sofas, dining table and six leather upholstered chairs, 1880s inlaid sideboard, coffee tables, china cabinet, hall/sofa stand, ladies writing desk and bedroom furniture.
